Manly things (kettle bells)

Post by SalfordAnarchist on Tue Aug 21, 2012 7:05 am

Just got my two 16KG(35LBS) Kettle-bells and am trying to incorporate some heavy kettle bell lifting into my high volume conditioning program.

I tried some KB training at my cousins once and I was amazed how a 35pound weight could kick my ass!

I love that it is functional too, fuck tricep extensions and curls!

Any KB exercises would be appreciated, I will incorporate a few into my Olympic lifting days.

Single-arm clean-and-presses are good. 20 each arm should be a decent set at that weight.

For whatever reason, my cursory glance at the title of thread had me believing that this was a discussion about "manly" kegel ball exercises..

Anyway, maybe you'll find this video useful:

Every nationality, great or small, has the incontestable right to be itself, to live according to its own nature. This right is simply the corollary of the general principle of freedom."
